**About the role**:
This is a **part-time (4 days per week)** or **full-time office-based **position with a 6-month probationary period. The work hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

- Develop and conduct online teaching and learning sessions.
- Encourage the engagement of students in their studies.
- Marking student assessments in accordance with assessment and moderation policies.
- Identifying and liaising with students at risk and establish individual learning plans as needed.

**About you**

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- A Social Work qualification at least at Master level.
- Demonstrated teaching ability in relevant fields at a tertiary level.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise, negotiate and collaborate with both internal and external parties.
- Demonstrated continuing professional development in relevant field. 'Professional Development' includes further studies, membership of industry associations, attendance at industry workshops and functions and/or attending supervision.
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work.
