**Key Responsibilities**

Teaching and Assessment Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and study materials.
- Provide academic support and encourage student engagement.
- Marking student assessments in accord with assessment and moderation policies.

Subject Development, Evaluation, and Review:

- Contribute to continuous improvement in teaching, learning materials, and assessments.

**About You**
- A postgraduate qualification **(Master's or PhD)** in Counselling, Human Services, or a related discipline.
- Experience in higher education teaching and/or extensive industry experience within Counselling, Human Services or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage students, staff, and industry partners.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain placement partnerships and integrate work-based learning.
