**Group Manager Change and Training**
A full time permanent opportunity has become available for a Group Manager Change & Training. The Group Manager Change & Training leads a team that is responsible for Group Solutions system training and change management. This opportunity is based in North Ryde NSW.
**Key responsibilities in the role include but are not limited to**:
- Manage all business requests for change management and training solutions.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to understand current and future requirements to support planning and resource management.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver quality outcomes and ensure continual development of technical, leadership, management, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.
- Research, analyse and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the change methodology, training courses, resource/support tools, assessment materials and business system related processes.
- Provide adult learning and instructional design support, advice and guidance on emerging instructional design strategies and initiatives to the team, thus enabling the development of innovative training programs and best practice competency-based assessment methods.
- Management of Learning Management System content and learning pathways related to Group Solutions.
- Manage business unit budget.
**What you'll bring**:
- Degree in Finance, IT, Change or HR discipline.
- Diploma of Training Design and Development or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. (preferred)
- TAEDEL501A Facilitate e-learning and TAEDES503A Design and develop e-learning resources (preferred)
- Change management qualifications or detailed understanding of Prosci/ADKAR methodology. (preferred)
- Experience in leading and delivering organisational change for large programs.
- Experience in managing diverse Stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Extensive demonstrated knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles, and how these principles interact with current education/training delivery and competency-based assessment mediums.
- Demonstrated research skills to locate, evaluate and provide recommendations on available training content and delivery packages in all areas of training and assessment materials (e.g. instructor-led, eLearning, etc).
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering enterprise Finance and/or HR systems training.
- Extensive experience in delivery of face-to-face and virtual training, including the use of technology such as MS Teams for virtual engagement.
- Experience in management of learning management systems.
- Experience in development of teams to work collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes
- Hands on approach
