    • Location: Macquarie Park - Hybrid Work Model
    Our client is looking for a Change and Training Manager to join a large transformation project.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide change management advice and recommendations
    • Define the training approach and support the development and delivery of training as required.
    • Designed and Deliver targeted training programs
    • Conduct training assessments
    • Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
    • Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
    • Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business;
    • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
    Essential Skills and Experience
    • Previous experience as a Change and Training Manager
    • Experience working on a kronos upgrade/ implementation project
    • Experience with instructional delivery and facilitation, specifically delivering small and large group forums or workshops
    • Training certifications will be highly regarded
