**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoice Controller to join our **Buying Support **team. You will work closely with the Buying and Receiving team to ensure that invoices are received and validated in advance of shipments, which subsequently expedites the receiving process. An expedited receiving process is the result of high quality and validated data, and it ensures that the product is available for distribution as quickly as possible.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Verify the accuracy of data on invoices
- Perform review of all invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that invoices are submitted in advance of shipments
- Liaise with buying teams to ensure that invoices and purchase orders have corresponding information
- Liaise with Distribution Centre Receiving Team to validate short shipments and over shipments
- Liaise with relevant teams to identify and resolve discrepancies

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to receiving process and software is desirable but not essential
