Job Title: Invoice Controller

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Buying Support team as an Invoice Controller. In this role, you will work closely with the Buying and Receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. This involves verifying data accuracy, reviewing invoices in a timely manner, and liaising with suppliers and buying teams to validate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of data on invoices
  • Perform review of all invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure that invoices are submitted in advance of shipments
  • Liaise with buying teams to ensure that invoices and purchase orders have corresponding information
  • Liaise with Distribution Centre Receiving Team to validate short shipments and over shipments
  • Liaise with relevant teams to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Exposure to receiving process and software is desirable but not essential
