Project Controls Specialist - Brisbane

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project controls support in the planning, organization, control, assurance, coordination and administrative capability to support our delivery of Operations and Maintenance services.

The role involves setting up and ongoing administration of project records in integrated ERP systems, including project estimates, resource plans, and work tasks. You will also be responsible for project invoicing in accordance with client specific requirements, within the monthly invoicing schedule.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and finalisation of project forecasts in line with the end of month reporting timeframes and requirements, as well as administration of project finalisation and close-out process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting or finance degree desirable
  • Great time management and work planning skills, able to prioritise demands and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and tenacity to solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable team player attitude
