**About the role:
The main responsibility of this role is to design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the data analytics infrastructure that informs the work of VAQ. With your knowledge in this area, you will provide data design and analysis, and leverage the possibilities through PowerBI dashboard reporting. This is exciting, impactful work that puts you at the forefront of data innovation and governance

Key responsibilities:
Manage and respond to data requests: Engage with stakeholders, negotiate, and
respond to data and reporting requests with precision.
Lead data governance: Design and enforce robust frameworks and data dictionaries, setting high standards for data quality, validation, and compliance across all assets and reporting systems.
Innovate data sources: Identify and enhance key data sets, ensuring seamless integration with existing dashboards and analytics, maximising value and eliminating redundancies.
Uncover insights with impact: Develop visually compelling Power BI dashboards that bring trends and insights to life through powerful data storytelling.
Drive continuous improvement: Refine analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Ensure data integrity & compliance: Safeguard quality, security, and privacy by adhering to best practices in data management and governance.
Foster collaborative relationships: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and initiatives.
Tackle new challenges: Take on diverse duties as directed, always maintaining professionalism and alignment with organisational goals.
