We are seeking an experienced Steiner educational leader as full-time Teaching Principal, to lead a flourishing and innovative K - 12 School. The principal works collegially with the teaching staff and business executive and reports directly to the Board. The principal is responsible for supporting the school ethos and values while effectively managing the educational operations.

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Education
- Ability to manage staff and delegate effectively
- Highly skilled in interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Steiner pedagogy and its implementation
- Proven effectiveness as both a leader and a teacher
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively and collegially in a team environment.
- Initiative in developing and implementing innovative place based education
- Commitment to the social justice principles that underlie the school
- Ability to engage and network with the wider community
- Effective use of MS Teams

**About Kindlehill**

Kindlehill School offers a contemporary and innovative Steiner education from Kindergarten to Year 12 in Wentworth Falls, the Blue Mountains, NSW. We are a small school and have been in operation since 2000. We are renowned for providing an education that is reverent and nurturing in Kindergarten, productive and values based in Primary School, and stimulating and engaging in the junior High School where students make meaningful connections between classroom learning and the world around them. This year we began a Senior School program that is an innovative alternative to the HSC, with an ecological and community engagement focus. Kindlehill School is registered from K - 12 with NESA and meets its educational outcomes and requirements.
