**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Digital Channel Experience, you will be responsible for implementing the website strategy, managing governance and guidelines, design and development, stakeholder communications and content management resources for the RACV website

You will work collaboratively with the broader cross functional Digital Experience team to develop, lead, influence, implement and manage the RACV website strategy, roadmap, capability, and operation to create value for members, prospects, and the organisation.
**What you'll be doing**
You will manage and support a team of Digital Content Producers and Specialists in their daily tasks of conception, production, and execution of digital content-led activity for the RACV website and other related digital platforms to attract, engage and retain the brands' audience.
- Collaborate across the organisation to create value for stakeholders, using strong stakeholder management skills to support RACV in realising an accelerated work slate of digital / web projects
- Work with the broader DD&E leadership team and key business stakeholders to prioritise and deliver website initiatives based on member needs balanced with business and other needs
- Take the lead in developing robust processes to ensure RACV's website is compliant, and changes are fully documented and endorsed by stakeholders
- Act as a champion for all things web, and showcasing the value of the channel and team
- Drive the development, implementation and evaluation of digital content-led projects that contribute to the digital department achieving its strategic objectives
- Manage the digital content team's daily BAU activity, project-based initiatives and provide general support and guidance to team members as needed
- Build strategic relationships with key business stakeholders
- Establish the Digital Content team as a centre of excellence with RACV. Educate and promote to other departments the areas of expertise and responsibility including digital content best practice and speed to market digital publishing
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and oversight of the digital department's content strategies.
**What you'll need to be successful**
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years' practical experience in digital content production and content strategy.
- 3+ years previous management experience including building and managing high performing teams
- Experience managing complex websites, including the review and implementation of policies, governance documentation and guidelines to enhance processes and outcomes for customers and website users
- Ability to independently organise and manage a wide variety of complex tasks, projects and people using excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Leadership experience, specifically supervision and development of staff to encourage a productive and progressive environment and to achieve professional and workplace goals
- Experience in leading and influencing organisational change, as well as working with data and stakeholders to develop solutions
- A creative background with experience in developing original ideas into original content for digital audiences
- Have highly effective project management skills, Strong analytical abilities, and quantitative skills.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills with ability to manage competing demands
- Experience preparing and presenting ideas and recommendations to colleagues, managers, and senior stakeholders to seek endorsement and support for initiatives
- Good working knowledge of Search (SEM/SEO), UX, website design and customer experience journeys
- Proficiency with a wide range of technology tools, including:
- Content management systems (AEM preferred)
- Microsoft Office toolset
- Agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
