Hire Digital is looking for an experiencedContent Managerto oversee and manage the delivery of content and creative projects across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and the timely execution of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with the client's objectives, on brief and budget, while leading the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Address client needs, provide status updates, and offer solutions for any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content and creative assets, including websites, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other branded visuals. Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., designers, copywriters, developers, and strategists) to ensure all creative concepts and content meet the client's needs and align with the project scope and goals.
- Translate client briefs into clear and actionable project plans. Ensure that each project aligns with the client's brand voice, tone, and overall business objectives.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control throughout the project, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet the expected standards and adhere to the brand guidelines. Perform final quality checks before delivery to the client.
- Track the performance of content and creative campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, conversions, and SEO ranking. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future projects and ensure continued success.
- Look for opportunities to expand the scope of ongoing projects, identify potential upsell opportunities, and help the client achieve broader business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in content strategy, creative project management, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or creative services environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Workspace) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and internal teams. Ability to effectively manage expectations and drive client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content and creative deliverables meet high standards of quality and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in project scope or client requirements.
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) is a plus, but not required.
