**About the roles.**:
We are looking to recruit two **Associates** who can help us deliver a range of projects and initiatives that support our Closing the Gap reform objectives. As an Associate you will be a leader in our team, responsible for the development and evaluation of innovative approaches and initiatives, conduct research and analysis, and provide high-level secretariat and administrative support. You'll also help us coordinate resources, preparing reports and briefs, and implementing and monitoring project plans

We're looking for someone who takes initiative and can work autonomously. You'll need to have strengths in stakeholder engagement, administration, and a solid understanding of government sector policies, practices, and legislative requirements. Advanced skills in MS Office software will help make your work easier, but we're also looking for someone who is values driven and results focused.
