About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our multidisciplinary team at Wellama Aboriginal Community Health centre. The successful applicant will be the frontline of our service, working collaboratively with a small but mighty team to provide specialist services to Aboriginal patients and their families with chronic and complex needs in a culturally safe and patient-centred way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, correspondence, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of services, including appointments, referrals, and communications with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Aboriginal communities and organisations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
