Set the standard across your homes for all things quality in aged care
- Deliver quality care and work with teams on site to mitigate risk.
- Excellent systems and processes in place
- This is a permanent full time role
- $150,000 salary package
- Must be available to travel across sites. (Full clean license)

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the key purpose of the Regional Quality Advisor is to support from a quality perspective at site level. You will support care staff and clinical mangers to mitigate risk and deliver quality care to residents with continuous improvement at the forefront of all you do.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
- At least 3 years experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Contemporary knowledge of aged care standards.
- Infection Control experience.
- Previous auditing experience essential.
- Experience in generating and analysing reports.
- Ability to take data and use information to influence policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality care to residents.
- Experience with accreditation.
- Genuine passion for aged care and empathy and compassion in your work.

This role requires the ability to travel across your portfolio of homes and support where required, influence policies and procedures through reporting, influence continuous improvement and educate staff around care and compliance.
