**Associate Partner, Reward Solutions Data Business Leader**
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective Data Solutions supporting our Rewards Solutions Practice that is part of our Human Capital Solutions business group.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices

**What the day will look like**
As an Associate Partner, you will provide technical and leadership experience focused on four key areas namely across people management, revenue oversight, sales and marketing and operational excellence:
- Providing day-to-day direction, technical training and professional coaching to the data business groups of data solutions, operations and project management.
- Participate in setting our data strategy, annual budgets and staffing plans as a member of both the Human Capital Solutions leadership team in Pacific and the Asia Pacific Data Solutions Leadership team
- Driving the Pacific strategy and direction of project management to deliver to Aon's global data strategy, and acting as an Aon ambassador for change initiatives
- Identification of revenue opportunities and/or business risks, and when needed, proposal of resolutions to mitigating any risks to revenue
- Providing input to Commercial Strategy and leading Sales and Data Solution team members to identify opportunity for growth and product development.
- Identify current and future needs among our client base to pursue new or expanded offerings to clients
- Providing oversight and expertise to the operations management team, ensuring best practice and client focused approaches are deployed
- Facilitating and leading a strong engagement between the Data Solutions and Operations teams to ensure a seamless delivery to clients.

We are part of the Human Capital Solutions practice which is a strategic advisory group within Aon's broader People Solutions business. We help our clients drive business performance and manage risk through people. You would be joining a team of +50 in Human Capital Solutions and +130 people across People Solutions who are trusted advisors to boards and management across an array of specialist areas including governance, executive and broad-based reward strategy, incentive plan design, pay equity, compensation data, analytics and insights, people analytics, talent assessment, employee benefits, well-being, wealth solutions, workers compensation and employee health & safety.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in a similar hand's-on consulting role, ideally with:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience in a data environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner and build strong collaborative relationships with internal department leadership
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced consulting environment often with very quick deadlines
- Advanced consultative skills, including relationship building, process definition and meeting facilitation
- Excellent hands-on project management experience and strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the Company
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required, preferably in a related field.
