Associate Partner – Technology Transformation

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Partner – Technology Transformation to join our growing team. This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategic engagements, drive innovation, and deliver high-value outcomes for clients across the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and Public Sector verticals.
About the Role
As an Associate Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading large-scale transformation programs and consulting engagements. You will bring deep subject matter expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for delivering measurable results. You'll be part of a high-performing team specialising in technology consulting and advisory across business and technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Delivery
Lead the delivery of large-scale client engagements, acting as a strategic advisor on technology transformation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, particularly in banking, financial services, and public sector domains.
Drive value creation through innovative consulting approaches and tailored solutions.
Sales & Commercial Ownership
Lead the sales of consulting deals, with direct responsibility for revenue generation and pipeline development.
Own and manage presales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
Collaborate with Partners to position and sell specialised competency areas.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
Develop and publish intellectual property, including whitepapers, points of view, and industry insights.
Represent Infosys Consulting at industry forums and events, sharing best practices and thought leadership.
Drive the growth of internal communities and practices, recognised for deep expertise and innovation.
People Leadership
Mentor and develop consultants within your competency area, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Lead recruitment, training, and capability development initiatives.
Promote a high-performance environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Governance & Professional Standards
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.
Comply with company policies, legislative requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Promote the reputation and goodwill of Infosys Consulting through exemplary conduct and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on banking, finance, and public sector domains.
Proven track record in presales, RFP management, and revenue achievement.
Demonstrated expertise in:
Technology consulting (breadth and depth in key areas)
Growth strategy and business case development
Pipeline generation and commercial/contract management
Practice development and people management
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a client-centric mindset and a drive for innovation.
