**The Company**

A global manufacturer of packaging machinery with a strong foothold in the FMCG market, are looking to recruit a Spare Parts Coordinator. They have been established for over 50 years and employ over 5,000 people globally. Their equipment can be found in the largest food, pharmaceutical and health care manufactures factories across Australia and the globe. This role will be based at the offices in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional level of customer service to customers in relation to their spare parts needs.
- Process customer quotations and orders in a timely manner.
- Provide order status updates to customers.
- Assist customers with supply discrepancies and coordinate credit proposals as required
- Follow up on quotations and sales orders.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experienced in an ERP system such as SAP and MS Outlook, Office etc.
- Previous experience in spare parts/customer service
- An exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Work well independently and within a team environment

**Package and Benefits**
- $65K-$67K + Super
- 20 days holiday
