Job Description:

As a Service Parts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chains and streamlining operations. This is a hands-on, detail-focused position ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include managing spare parts inventory, processing service-related admin tasks, coordinating repairs, upgrades, and product issue reporting. You will also be responsible for supporting brand managers and assisting with spare parts fulfillment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including forecasting, ordering, and accurate stock handling.
  • Process service-related admin tasks, such as invoices, warranty logistics, and return freight.
  • Coordinate repairs, upgrades, B-stock checks, and product issue reporting.
  • Assist with spare parts fulfillment, including picking, packing, labelling, and stock placement.
