- 80% content creation & 20% facilitation

Tenacity CX specialises in Contact Centre, Customer Experience and Customer Transformation recruitment and consulting. As such, we are currently sourcing for a Digital Learning Specialist, to design and develop digital learning, specifically for life insurance customer service and operational teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a an experienced (AND CREATIVE) learning content developer, who loves design and development of e-learning material, using video creation, editing and capturing tools, as well as working fast paced environment and building relationships.

**To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven experience designing effective e-learning content
- Extensive expertise in digital based learning products and tools
- Highly experienced in Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to work with Projects, Change and Business Unit Leaders to determine best delivery methods
- Some experience working with and managing vendors
