Job Overview

The APS6 E-Learning Developer role is a key position within our organization.

This job involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging and accessible e-learning products that support our regulatory and educational objectives.

You will manage the end-to-end production process, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear, effective, and engaging digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing accessible e-learning products using established multimedia tools and techniques.
  • Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create clear, concise, and engaging digital learning materials.
  • Applying sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, educational technology, education, graphic design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the Australian Government, and demonstrated capability in e-learning, instructional design, or multimedia production.
