Twirll is looking for its SALES SPECIALIST to cover the Sydney, Australia.

We need top talent to help prospective customers see the value of our product & vision.The successful candidate for this role will be working with our enterprise sales team to drive Twirll adoption in all phases of the sales cycle.

We're looking for someone that loves technology, ready to solve problems, passionate about what they do, treats customers like partners (not targets), and can hang with a fast-paced, fun-loving sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive growth & enable new customers to the platformDrive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needsKey focus for this role will be hospitality businessesUnderstand their business problem or pain point and propose a solution which can deliver growth and full automation to the businessProvide proactive and timely support for the client on-boarding processConduct virtual and live product demonstrationsInterface with Twirll national regional team to tailor offering to specific customer needsAssist customers with business solution & process designInterface with Twirll customer success team to ensure happy Twirll customers are power users of the productHelp shape the culture and future of the Twirll sales organization REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Highly passionate about sales and work what you do2+ years technical sales experience with enterprise softwareA degree in a Sales related field and minimum of 2 years experience in a Field/Ground sales role in Hospitality sectorAbility to generate strong lead pipeline by both digital & non digital mediumsBe an optimistic, energetic person who loves engaging with people - whether they are customers, prospects, or members of the community.History of success working directly with end usersWorld-class reliability - our customers will expect rapid responses to product questionsExperience balancing multiple customers while getting results quicklyClient management and organization/business awarenessPrior startup experience highly preferredExperience of selling ecommerce, point of sale, accounting softwareBusiness consulting proficiency (optional, but highly encouraged)Strong written and oral communication skills - proven client facing skills DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Technical understanding of business softwareBusiness process consultingInternet of things devices and technology behind itSystem performance & operational load WHY WORK AT TWIRLL?
