The Role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, offering a wide range of options from casual to premium.

We have multiple opportunities available for Commis Chefs to join Crown including; Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time basis.
Experience in the following cuisines is highly regarded:
Asian Cuisine (Wok Specialists)
Japanese (Fine Dining)
Australian Modern Cuisine
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
Support Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service
Adhere to Crown's Food & Hygiene standards at all times
Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
About You
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
Availability to work across a 24-hour, 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
