About The Role As an Optical Dispenser, you will deliver high level customer service whilst being informative, and providing personalised, quality optical services in a professional environment.
With your previous experience as an Optical Dispenser you will be skilled in assisting our customers with all their eye care solutions from our range of high quality and fashionable products.
In This Role, You Willprovide friendly and professional customer service and advicesuggest products that meet customers needs and close the saleexplain how products work & demonstrating how to use products be able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately be able to work a combination of day, evening and weekend shiftsbe flexible to work at different locations WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal and professional presentation, be energetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Experience, Skills & Attributesoutstanding customer service skillsprevious experience in an Optical Dispenser rolecash handling & EFTPOS experienceexcellent communication & interpersonal skillsability to work flexible hourswillingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencementideally have a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or a willingness to undertake relevant on the job training.willingness to undergo Core Skills Training Assessment If you are passionate about health focused solutions and customer service, then we would like to hear from youAPPLY NOWNo agencies please.
