With a commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, we are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead our QLD/Luscombe production facility.About the RoleReporting to the National Operations Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our QLD manufacturing site, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiencies are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong people management skills and a keen eye for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all site operations, including production, quality, safety, and logistics.Drive operational efficiencies and ensure cost-effective manufacturing practices.Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and labour management.Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives and business growth.Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting.Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.About YouProven experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in food manufacturing or FMCG.Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SQF, or equivalent).
