About the Role
As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in driving customer success by developing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their cloud adoption strategies and provide tailored solutions to enable their long-term success.
You will work closely with technical teams to design and implement cloud architectures that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
You will deliver excellence by owning your committed pipeline and ensuring timely delivery of cloud solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
You will identify opportunities to drive customer success by working with technical decision makers to understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services and how they can be leveraged to operate AI solutions at scale.
You will run architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing cloud solutions, governing design in line with customer business goals and technical environments.
You will resolve issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Data and Analytics technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments.
Ideal Candidate:
Deep industry knowledge and experience in technical leadership.
Proven track record of driving customer/partner success.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to connect business and technology areas and drive improvements.
Experience in developing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate and manage business and technical risks.
