Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team of cloud professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable, resilient cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Implement and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, optimize resource usage, and reduce operational costs.
  • Enforce cloud security policies, conduct security assessments, and ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001, Essential 8, and NIST.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS & PaaS services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, Essential 8, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, and Azure DevOps.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts – VPC, VPNs, subnetting, and load balancers.
  • Experience with containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with SSO, IAM, system hardening, patch management, and logging/monitoring tools.
  • Certifications (Highly Desirable): AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300 / SC-400 (Identity & Compliance).
