Our core values support our customer-centric vision – together we grow.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Major Account Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, providing full service and support to meet contractual obligations.In this role you will :Serve as the primary contact for major customers and contractsCollaborate with the Business Development team to manage existing clients, grow business, and meet financial targetsLead communication regarding service, delivery, and pricing for major contractsEnsure all KPIs are understood, communicated, and met according to contractual requirementsComplete internal and external reportingAttend customer meetings and deliver presentations related to our services and contract deliverablesCoordinate resources for effective delivery of contractual obligationsDesired Skills and ExperienceTo succeed, you should have :Senior sales experience in a competitive environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborateProven success in developing and converting sales opportunities at Tier 0 & Tier 1 levelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsHigh commercial acumenStrong reporting and analytical skillsBenefits and PerksA supportive, regional, and national team environmentCompetitive base salary, incentive plan, and fully maintained vehicleBenefits supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, including Employee Assistance Program, Salary Continuance Insurance, TAL - Health for Life, discounted private health insurance, and WHEREFITIf this role interests you, please APPLY NOW
