About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Professional to join our dynamic team based in Hope Island, Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity available either part-time or full-time for someone who takes ownership of a diverse client portfolio, provides strategic tax and business advice, and helps mentor junior staff within a collaborative office environment.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for various entities
Providing strategic tax and business advisory services to clients
Building strong relationships with clients
Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants
Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and industry standards
Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiency
Key Requirements
CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
More than 5 years' experience in public practice accounting
Strong knowledge of Xero, XPM, and cloud-based platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and self-driven approach with strong time management and attention to detail
