Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Driver Hire Internal Full time

Due to continued growth we are now recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to target growth in the East of Melbourne. The position will focus on clients east of the CBD across to the Eastlink Freeway. Based from our Carnegie office, you will service existing clients and generate new ones from leads and sales activity.

**$75-85k + Super + Bonus (OTE $125-135k)**:
Due to continued growth we are now recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to target growth in the East of Melbourne. The position will focus on clients east of the CBD across to the Eastlink Freeway. Based from our Carnegie office, you will service existing clients and generate new ones from leads and sales activity.

The most important thing we are looking for is someone who never gives up and always strives to be the best. We want our consultants to have real, acheiveable goals, that, by working together, can be made to happen.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will be responsible for:

- Winning new clients by sales activity, following leads, and networking your contacts.
- Building ongoing relationships through regular meetings.
- Negotiating business with customers.
- Ensuring all compliance records are accurately kept.

As a new Driver Hire Recruitment Consultant you will be supported with training and guidance allowing you to learn the skills and gain the knowledge required to enable you to become a successful part of the team.

Experience of sales and recruitment would be an advantage.
