Join Robert Walters Melbourne as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in contract roles across the business transformation & change space - one of the most exciting and fast-moving markets in the country.
Why This Role?
This is not a cold desk - far from it.
Role
You'll inherit a high-performing portfolio with strong existing contract revenue, supported by a Manager and Associate Director who are transformation specialists themselves.
You'll recruit across a wide spectrum of project and program roles, including:
Project & Program Managers and Directors
Portfolio Managers
Change Managers
Business Analysts
Product Owners
You'll work across a broad mix of industries - banking, education, healthcare, and more - placing candidates who are leading real change in tech, people, and process.

You're already a solid recruiter with experience placing contract or temp roles.
