Responsible for the growth of the Billi brand through the management of core A&D/Hydraulic Portfolio and the development of Key Retail Accounts

**Core Duties**:

- Source, qualify & secure new business opportunities
- To maintain a high level of field activity to ensure the achievement of new Billi specifications in line with business objectives
- Conduct consistent and professional engagement and servicing of key existing clients through strategic relationship building
- Effectively manage all leads and opportunities within defined disciplines to ensure optimum sales results are achieved
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to support sales & marketing activities
- Engage any other applicable projects/duties as specified by the State Sales Manager

**About you**:

- At least 3 years sales & business experience
- Experience dealing with Architects, Designers & Hydraulic Consultants (desirable)
- Experience dealing with Builders (desirable)
- Working with major retailers (desirable)
- Showroom Experience (desirable)
- CRM experience is a must. Familiar with the basics of data input, management, and segmentation
- Believes in a culture of the best idea wins out, everyone is equal, performance accountability, and continuous improvement
- Must be able to liaise with different teams, managing laterally and collaborating to achieve win/win outcomes
- Must enjoy a fast paced and results orientated environment
- Project management experience (desirable)
