**Quality Assurance Supervisor**

We're looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Production Administration team on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, this role leads key quality operations, supporting Flavorite's commitment to delivering safe, flavoursome, and nutritious produce that meets customer and regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about quality systems, leadership, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain internal audit schedules and ensure the business is always audit-ready.
- Update and improve the quality management system in collaboration with the Group Quality Manager.
- Educate leaders on quality standards and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct sampling and use results to inform packing standards and reduce waste.
- Raise and manage Corrective Action Requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Generate accurate QA reports and communicate insights across departments.
- Provide internal feedback through inspections and audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports, ensuring they are engaged, developing, and consistently delivering in their roles.
