**About the role**:

- Timesheet entry and end of monthly billing
- Open and closing files
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Edit and prepare documents and correspondence for both external and internal stakeholders
- Project management and presentations
- General ad hoc administration duties
- Core hours: 8:30am-5pm

**About you**:

- 3+ years experience in as a legal secretary, ideally with corporate commercial exposure
- Confident in MS Suite and billing & document management systems
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a close-knit team
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
- Enthusiastic and energetic, and be able to have a laugh at work
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
