**Sessional Specialist Gynaecologist**

**About the role**
The sessions are for general gynaecology operating and are available on Friday Week 2 all day & Friday week 4 PM session in a 4-week theatre cycle.
**Key responsibilities**:
This position would suit experienced clinicians who are able to contribute to our specialist gynaecology team.
- The roles involve gynaecology surgical lists and teaching and training of junior medical staff.
- The service is a training centre for Fellowship of The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist and is supported by 25 registrars and 30 HMOs or Senior HMOs.
- With an expressed aim of becoming the best O&G training centre in Australia, experience in supporting trainees and ensuring their advancement would be valuable.

The sessional appointee(s) will report to the HOU Gynaecology or Clinical Services Director.

- Medical qualification - FRANZCOG
- Current Australian medical registration with AHPRA
- Relevant clinical experience and clinical competence required for level of position
