Our obstetrics and gynaecology department is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the O&G unit, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective clinical governance frameworks to promote safety and quality in healthcare
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and leadership
  • Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia and fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
