About the Role
This fixed-term, part-time role (0.4 FTE), based in Melton until 30 June , offers the opportunity to contribute to both regional training priorities and state-wide learning initiatives.
The Volunteer Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and development outcomes across CFA's North West Region.
Working within the Frontline Learning and Development Team, this position helps enable the growth and capability of CFA's volunteer trainers and assessors.
In this role, you will coordinate and streamline the volunteer instructor nomination, induction, and mentoring processes, supporting the recruitment and ongoing professional development of endorsed trainers.
You will also provide direct administrative support and advice to the Manager Learning and Development and Lead Learning and Development, ensuring consistency, quality, and standardisation of practices across the region.

The person we are looking for is highly organised, detail-focused and confident juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment.
With strong administration skills, you're comfortable preparing documents, managing processes and keeping systems running smoothly.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build positive relationships with stakeholders, while your analytical thinking allows you to solve problems and support continuous improvement.
