**About our Opportunity**

As the Production Administrator, you will help support the Service Team by reporting on the service teams performance to the broader business. You will do this by accurately collecting and maintaining data such as delivery notes within SAP, reporting on delivery performance (DIFOT) on all scheduled jobs for continuous improvement of our performance to ensure the best service for our customers. This will be achieved by you confidentially working closely with internal stakeholders within warehouse, production, transport, sales and service departments.

If you enjoy collecting, analysing data and troubleshooting solutions then this role is for you. It is also a stepping stone to move into a Data Analytics role if this is your chosen career path.

In addition, you'll:

- action internal inboxes
- monitor capacity and lead times
- assist with SAP order queries
- investigate DIFOT misses
- assist with Production payroll processing

**About You**

We're looking to leverage your understanding and knowledge of a manufacturing environment, in an administration capacity. We're looking for a team player who is agile, methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to sourcing the data you.

You will have:

- hands-on experience working with SAP
- ability to analyse data
- able to quickly build relationships
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
