Join our client's Strategic Procurement team We're seeking a dynamic Category Manager to contribute to innovative procurement strategies, aligning goods and services with organisational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demand Analysis: Analysing past, current, and future needs.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Developing strategies based on market analysis.
- Deployment Monitoring: Implementing and monitoring agreed-upon strategies.
- Contract and Tender Management: Ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and overseeing tenders.
- Software Cost Management: Proven experience in managing software costs effectively.
- IT Consultancy Panels: Overseeing IT consultancy panels for efficient resource utilisation.
- IT Sourcing/RFQ Activities: Provide expertise in IT-related sourcing and RFQ activities.
- Drafting IT-Related Contracts: Proficient in drafting and negotiating IT contracts.

Qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with MCIPS Procurement or postgraduate qualifications as an advantage.
- Extensive procurement experience, including two years in a senior category management role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
