Our Australian and New Zealand teams provide support and assistance at the press of a button, delivering peace of mind to clients and their families with emergency medical devices and 24/7 call centre support.Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for clients with their medical alarmsAnswer a variety of medical alarm activations, from emergency assistance calls to general testing and troubleshootingNotify emergency services when required and communicate critical details that could save a lifeFollow important protocols and administration requirementsProvide reassurance and peace of mind to clients and their family membersExperience and Requirements Engaging 'people person' with the ability to demonstrate empathyProven experience in customer service with exceptional listening skillsExcellent resilienceComputer literate, ability to pick up new systems quickly and accurate typing skillsFirst aid certificate, or willingness to obtain oneA team player who adds to the workplace cultureSeeking long-term career stabilityFlexibility We operate 24/7 to support our clients, so availability for weekend and evening shifts may be required.
Penalty rates apply for unsociable hours.
Rosters are provided a month in advance, with options to take on additional shifts for part-time staff.
