Recyling & Waste Account Manager

**Your New Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated **Account Manager** to be part of our growing team, whilst driving and selling high quality recycled construction materials, whilst building excellent relationships with major clients.
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Excellent management of a series of key customer accounts including providing prompt and efficient responses to customer requests
- Development of new business
- Assisting with developing pricing strategies and developing effective forecasts to ensure optimal sales volume and price outcomes
- Preparation of major tender responses and submissions
- Working with other key Departments to assist with the development and marketing of products and solutions

**About you**:

- Tertiary education in a relevant field and/or proven knowledge and experience in sales/account management working within the Construction, Waste, Quarrying or relevant industry will be well regarded
- Strong people management/relationship building skills including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Possess a strong customer service attitude with a willingness to perform all functions in a manner to achieve this
- Sound understanding of basic costing and financial reporting
- Intermediate computer skills
