The Regional Manager role is 50 / 50 field & office based with regional travel required as well as fortnightly attendance in the Artarmon** Strikeforce **office.

As a Regional Manager for our Dedicated Hallmark team, you will work closely with the Hallmark Retail Activation Manager overseeing the field team in **Queensland.**

You will be responsible for managing the performance and delivery of priorities and targets; as well as fulfilling the strategic imperatives and operational **excellence**. The Regional Manager position plays an **integral** role in the smooth implementation of our day-to-day operations.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the performance and development of all **Brand Activators** in the field.
- Managing the team with focus on a culture of quality and customer focus
- Ensuring your team are **motivated **and engaged via effective communication and regular feedback.
- **Driving sales** opportunities by co-ordinating promotions and over and above display opportunities with your team.
- Managing adhoc and ongoing projects within the company.
- Ensure territory call rates and task completion **meet targets**.

To be **successful** you will have a willingness to learn and a desire to take on new challenges and opportunities. Be energetic, and have a results driven personality. You will have strong communication skills, excellent time management and the ability to adapt to changes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and previous experience in an Account Coordinator or Field Management will be looked upon favourably.
