Marketing Senior Manager, Pacific Region- Do you have a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and be a strategic marketing business partner?- Do you have more than 5 years of field or regional marketing experiences in IT/Industrial software/B2B Enterprise solutions for the Australia and Pacific region?

He/she will report to the Senior Marketing Director, APAC and is responsible for the strategy and execution for our demand generation programs to the Southeast Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- The marketing business partner to the Australia and Pacific region sales leadership for all marketing initiatives- Ability to create demand generation programs via On and/or Offline activities.- Develop programs for Pacific region and involvement in cross function marketing activities such as PR, Campaigns, Partners marketing, Digital marketing etc- Required to do quantitative analysis and reporting on marketing activities and performance.- Other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related major required- Min7 years relevant marketing experience in a software environment or B2B enterprise solutions-
- Ability to use of Photoshop for editing and Pathfactory for nurturing will be ideal.- English language is a must with a second South East Asia language an added advantage.- Strategic thinker and customer focused mindset, able to deal with multiple projects concurrently.- A team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal management supervision.- Some travelling required.
