The role

Based in Sydney, this role exists to lead the team of Partnership managers and recruiters to grow market share, revenue and relationship manager the Residential Member businesses in our Northern States & Territories

Strategy and Leadership

  • Contribution to the operational and tactical implementation of organisational strategy and change for LMG
  • Work with the NSW/ ACT State Director LM to develop and execute a strategy to grow NSW Market share and move Member AHs Change of Service Plan

Grow Broker Businesses and deliver on our promises

  • Provide industry leading platform and compliance support to help our brokers save time, diversify their business and stay safe.
  • Segment Member businesses via the group's segmentation strategy and provide business coaching to our most valued business owners.
  • Personally manage and grow a small portfolio of our most valued business owners
  • Drive adoption of Active Pipe via Active Pipe Plus training and implementation
  • Drive the highest compliance scores for brokers in the industry
  • Drive the fastest time to application
  • Ensure Member brokers are in the highest quartile for quality submissions from top six lenders
  • Drive broker engagement via online and face to face training of brokers on a range of topics including technology, compliance, product knowledge, marketing and relationship/back book management.
  • Drive and attend events and actively participate in Professional Development, sales and industry events
  • Forecasting and proactive interventions that drive performance, based on collective broker business plans to ensure targets are met

Recruitment and referrals to Change of Service Plan

  • Understand, educate and promote all options and services available under the LMG range of business and service models to increase revenue
  • Operationalise and execute an organisational recruitment strategy for the state including change of Service Plan referrals
  • Create, build and maintain an ongoing relationship with key talent across the industry
  • Manage the selection process to ensure new recruits are aligned to our vision and values
  • Attraction of talent through brand advocacy
  • Create broader awareness of LMG 100/100 offering
  • Recruit new Agreement Holders into LMG
  • Identify and refer opportunities for brokers seeking more support and assistance to the higher margin model (either Partner or Loan Market).

Establish, Build and Maintain Lender Relationships

  • Build strategic partnerships with the lenders that will support LMG sponsorship
  • Gaining insight into industry trends and what our competitors are doing that can become an input into business strategic planning
  • Ensure our key lending partners remain helpful and eager to assist our growth
