Executive Director, Retail

The Executive Director, Retail is a leadership role influencing and driving our Property and Asset Management (PAM) business. The role aims to optimise the performance of the PAM portfolio under management including pursuing new business strategies, maximising lease and rental negotiations, timely and accurate reporting to clients, and the delivery of exceptional performance levels in accordance with the client MAA's and KPIs.
This role will report to our Head of Property & Asset Management Australia and is part of the PAM Executive Leadership Team.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to).
Driving a client centric approach.
Growing the PAM portfolio nationally, expanding clients in your region beyond your borders and into other sectors.
Overseeing the direction of your reports on the management portfolio to deliver exceptional performance. This includes Centre Managers, General Managers, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Accounts Personnel, Engineers, Maintenance Staff and other Support Staff.
Preparing budgets and segment reports.
Implementing productivity and process changes.
Driving digital adoption and delivering data to clients for data led decision making.
Identifying PAM and business-wide client engagement activities that foster growth.
Enhancing client relationships, leveraging and sponsoring programmes that deliver insights and data to lead improvements to our client's assets.
Financial growth of revenue and contribution income.
Driving transformation and strategic initiative as well as JLL's ESG and DE&I initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications.
**Industry Expertise**: Relevant experience working in one or more of the sectors like Real Estate, Financial Services, Banking and Technology.
**Values-Led**: Possessing high integrity, authenticity, and an ethical code aligned to JLL's.
**People Leadership**: An excellent communicator with an innate ability to connect with employees at all levels, driving toward a common goal. Creating a work environment where employees take pride in customer satisfaction and accountability.
**Industry Network and Relationships**: Possesses respect across a wide industry network and one who is excellent at building and retaining relationships across local companies, industry bodies and government agencies etc. to grow the business.

It is preferable that you hold a current real estate licence.
