Our Mining & Minerals North West team is currently seeking a well experienced/ intermediate Contracts Engineer to provide support to the Maintenance & Industrial Services contracts function.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:On the job coaching and mentoringInternal transfer and secondment opportunities within the businessDevelopment provided if required in training depending on the individualFamily friendly social club providing discounts to major events and theme parksOpportunity to salary sacrifice and novated leasing availablePermanent Full-Time employmentKey Responsibilities:Assist and advice project teams with head contract and subcontract contract administration and claimsSubcontractor onboarding process, client approvals and subcontract draftingEnsure compliance with Monadelphous's Minimum Standards and Contracting GuidelinesTender stage head contract/work order and scope risk reviewDevelop collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholdersProvide contractual and commercial guidance and coaching to project teamsAbility to undertake site travel on an ad hoc basisWhat you'll bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position within the industryExperience in the resources industry including multidisciplinary projects is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and coordination skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsDemonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environmentExcellent computer skills in MS Office Suite.
