About this Senior Contracts Manager role, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team supporting detailed and bulk earthworks, electrical services, infrastructure and construction scopes in Rockingham, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract administration processes, reviewing and improving them continuously.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Establish and administer project rights, obligations, payment claims, variations, and vendor agreements in line with company procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Support the selection, negotiation, and management of vendors in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
  • Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with head contract and subcontract conditions across projects.
  • Provide commercial support to project, operations, and general managers to achieve financial and contractual outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and activities.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a Senior Contracts Administration role.
  • Solid understanding of Commercial requirements, contract management, subcontract management, cost control in the Civil Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience working on major projects, ideally with the main contractor.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
