This is a hands-on leadership support role where you'll assist with:Reception, chairside and sterilisation duties on a rostered basisTeam coaching and setting standards for conduct and careDaily operations including rostering, stock control, and financial reportingEnsuring clinical compliance and maintaining high patient care standardsWhat You'll BringExtensive dental industry experience and ideally previous team leadershipCert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)A passion for people and a natural ability to lead and mentorStrong organisational and communication skillsA positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to growThe PerksWe're committed to your professional growth and wellbeing.
