Overview
Join Seven Network as our new Producer for The Morning Show, based at our South Eveleigh office in Sydney.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of news and entertainment for Seven Network.
You will primarily be responsible for developing and creating high-standard segments whilst utilising your creativity and original approach.
This is a permanent position with a 45-hour week shift pattern.
Responsibilities
Pitch, develop and create entertaining and informative segments for The Morning Show and across Seven's Morning Television Department.
Generating story ideas and identifying high-quality, exclusive guests.
Responding to the news cycle including generating same-day content.
Ensuring all production elements are of a high standard through to broadcast.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a producing role, in a radio or television newsroom.
Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
The ability to respond to breaking news.
Contribution of innovative ideas and a passion for entertaining and engaging television content.
A solid understanding of media law and ethics.
