**We Are Social is looking for a social-obsessed and on the ball Producer to join our growing in house production team. **You want to be the person that loves to be a part of the creative process from beginning to end, be pumped about creating content for our global clients who don't follow social trends—they set them.
The primary role of the Producer is to run jobs on time, budget and to deliver ideas worth talking about that exceed client and agency expectations. The Producer is highly organised, has a technical understanding of production and is excited about exploring and developing new approaches to social first content. As a creative thinker, the Producer contributes to the creative process by providing the best approach to achieve the outcome and assembling the right partners, production companies or suppliers to elevate our creative output. The Producer works closely with the Senior Producer and General Manager to ensure that our production capability remains at the forefront of social-first production and that we evolve to deliver for an agency of the future. You should maintain high standards, nurture relationships across departments and with partners, and be a positive force within the agency, proudly displaying the company values of honest, inspiring, social and passionate and the agency behaviours of working better together, going beyond expected and focus.

**The devils in the detail**

The nature of We Are Social's business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and versatility. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of our work and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs an agile approach to picking projects up and making them happen.

Some of your key duties will include:
**Production Management**
- Engage and manage specialists and talent to deliver content across broadcast, photography, film, experiential, and long-form branded content.
- Deliver high standards of production management, documentation, cost management and quality control following templates provided.
- Arrange pre-production & production meetings with all relevant parties to obtain a full understanding of, and agreement on all production requirements, critical timings and costs.
- Deal directly with clients on production issues, as required, to recommend and communicate agency point of view.
- Participate and contribute in meetings including planning sessions, creative presentations and WIPs when requested by the client and project management team.
- Be pro-active in recommending, sourcing and negotiating with all suppliers ensuring we have high performing suppliers who deliver high quality output.
- Contribute to the development of our internal resources and capability to ensure we're offering best in class social-first production via We Are Social Studios.

**Creative Contribution & Relationship Management**
- Build expertise to contribute to the creative process with ideas and advice on what's possible from a social, technical or production perspective.
- Help to drive a culture of craft and creative excellence.
- Build strong relationships with Creatives and Project Managers, assisting them to deliver the best possible creative product within an acceptable budget and timeframe.
- Contribute to the team by being motivated and by motivating others.

**Commercial Accountability**
- Accurate financial management and administration - supply POs, check and approve all supplier invoices, monitor job cost reports and reconcile jobs - ensuring profitability on each production.
- Report, in real time, any issues that could result in estimate overages that could lead to writes -off's (internal and external) or a loss of revenue for the agency.
- Ensure all timesheets are up to date on a daily basis (weekly basis minimum).
