Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an Asset Data Analyst (Level 4) for a position with their local government client, based in Logan Central.

Reporting to the Project Business Analyst, you will provide asset management and systems support to the Parks Branch, while also assisting with the development and improvements of the EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System).

Working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday on a 9-day fortnight, paying a casual rate of $42.96/hr + super.

**This role would suit someone with previous asset register experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compile, review, and validate asset data and databases
- Process and analyse asset management data to provide effective business information
- Analyse asset performance data to inform asset reporting
- Investigate missing assets and provide recovery options
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate procedures and processes used within the Parks Branch Program
- Review the EAMS to ensure it is being used to its best potential
- Work with other parts of the Council (finance, procurement) to ensure continuous improvement of the EAMS and train new staff in its use
- Provide timely and accurate production of financial and operational reports
- Accurately manage asset registers, asset capturing, disposals, and work schedules.

**To Be Successful**:

- Well developed knowledge and experience using Technology One - Works and Assets System (highly advantageous)
- Relevant experience in asset capture and disposal procedures
- A high level of communication
- The ability to accurately process and understand large amounts of data
- Possession of a current C class drivers license
